POLICIES

  1. WE DO NOT PROVIDE NARCOTICS. Most pain managed by neurologists including nerve pain and headache are not helped greatly with the use of narcotics and like medications, and can be worsened by them.
  2. All cancellations must be notified 24 hours in advance otherwise a $25 charged will be assessed.
  3. Patients with more than 2 no shows will be discharged from the clinic.
  4. If a patient is more than ten minutes late for an appointment he/she may be asked to reschedule. Rescheduled appointments may be greater than two months and subject to availability.
  5. New patients should arrive 15 minutes early for their appointment in order to complete paperwork.
  6. We will not refill medications in the evenings or weekends.
