Dr. Adam J. Wolff most recently hails from the prestigious Stanford University where he completed a fellowship in Neurophysiology. He is a Chicago native who graduated from the Rush Medical College and completed his neurology residency at Northwestern University. He is board certified in Neurology and Neurophysiology and serves as the Director of Neurology and Stroke at Porter Adventist Hospital. Dr. Wolff welcomes patients with all neurological problems and has special interests in EMG and Botox therapy.
Dr. Justin S. Moon most recently comes from the world-renown Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where he completed an accredited fellowship in Headache and Facial Pain and is a certified expert in head pain. He is a native of Phoenix, Arizona and completed a Masters in Public Health and his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Arizona. He completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin (Marquette School of Medicine). He is board certified in Neurology and sees general neurology patients and subspecialty referrals for headache and facial pain. Dr. Moon offers Botox therapy and peripheral nerve blocks for pain. Dr. Moon is a member of Denver Medical Society's Board of Directors and is a consultant physician to professional sports teams and University of Denver NCAA teams.
Stefanie Eymar APN, MSN, FNP is an ANCC board certified family nurse practitioner. She is from Kansas City but has enjoyed the great outdoors of Colorado for the past 13 years. After acquiring seven years of experience as a registered nurse, she obtained a Master’s degree from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 2014. Her career includes four years of critical care experience in the field of neurological/trauma, garnering her increased expertise in traumatic brain injury and stroke care. She provides patient centered care while treating neurological diagnoses. She also provides Botox for migraine therapy.
Jordan Mast PA-C, is a graduate of Midwestern University in Chicago. He is from Bloomington, IL and attended Weslyan University. A board certified physician assistant with an emphasis in general neurology, he has a special interest in patient education and offers multiple services including Botox therapy and peripheral nerve blocks for pain.
Sylvia Balabusta PA-C, originally from New Jersey, is a board certified Physician Assistant. She graduated from Philadelphia University with a Bachelor's Degree in Pre-medical Studies, where she also took part in Biochemical and Molecular Biology research as well as a preceptorship in Cardiothoracic Surgery at UMDNJ. She pursued her Master's Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Hofstra University of Long Island, New York where she completed 8 clinical rotations as well as a Master's thesis. She appreciates the challenges of Neurology, practices evidence-based medicine and ensures her patients have a voice when it comes to their personal healthcare decisions.
Kim Huynh APN, MSN, FNP, AGACNP. I am an ANCC board certified adult gerontology acute care and family nurse practitioner. I have lived in Colorado for 25 years and enjoy snowboarding. I graduated from Denver College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree. I pursued my Master of Nursing Degree at Colorado State University – Pueblo after 7 years as a bedside nurse in the intensive care unit specialized in cardiovascular, stroke, liver and kidney transplant, and head & neck cancer.
