Dr. Adam J. Wolff most recently hails from the prestigious Stanford University where he completed a fellowship in Neurophysiology. He is a Chicago native who graduated from the Rush Medical College and completed his neurology residency at Northwestern University. He is board certified in Neurology and Neurophysiology and serves as the Director of Neurology and Stroke at Porter Adventist Hospital. Dr. Wolff welcomes patients with all neurological problems and has special interests in EMG and Botox therapy.
Dr. Justin S. Moon most recently comes from the world-renown Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota where he completed an accredited fellowship in Headache and Facial Pain and is a certified expert in head pain. He is a native of Phoenix, Arizona and completed a Masters in Public Health and his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Arizona. He completed his internship and residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin (Marquette School of Medicine). He is board certified in Neurology and sees general neurology patients and subspecialty referrals for headache and facial pain. Dr. Moon offers Botox therapy and peripheral nerve blocks for pain. Dr. Moon is a member of Denver Medical Society's Board of Directors and is a consultant physician to professional sports teams and University of Denver NCAA teams.
Dr. Edward H. Maa completed his Neurology residency and Epilepsy fellowship at the University of Colorado and became Associate Professor in the Department of Neurology and established the Brooke Gordon Comprehensive Epilepsy Center at Denver Health. He hails from the Gulf South and graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in New Orleans and Rice University in Houston. He is currently the Medical Director for Hometown Neurodiagnostics, an ambulatory, in-home EEG service. He is double boarded in Neurology and Epilepsy and is accepting patients with all neurological problems, but has special interest in medication resistant epilepsies, neuromodulation for epilepsy including VNS and RNS, as well as epilepsy surgical evaluations.

Dr. Dorothy Nguyen-Daniels is a licensed clinical neuropsychologist, most recently coming from University of Kansas School of Medicine-Wichita where she completed her residency and two-year fellowship in Neuropsychology. She completed additional training in the Midwest, with a doctoral degree from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology in Schaumburg, pre-doctoral internship at Truman Memorial Veterans’ Hospital in Columbia, MO, and a master’s degree in Gerontological Counseling from Adler University in Chicago, IL. Dr. Nguyen-Daniels provides comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to all adults and older adults with various neurological conditions, including dementia, mild cognitive impairment, traumatic brain injury, neurodegenerative disease, stroke, movement disorders, epilepsy, autoimmune disorders, and complex medical conditions.
Jordan Mast PA-C, is a graduate of Midwestern University in Chicago. He is from Bloomington, IL and attended Weslyan University. A board certified physician assistant with an emphasis in general neurology, he has a special interest in patient education and offers multiple services including Botox therapy and peripheral nerve blocks for pain.
Kim Huynh APN, MSN, FNP, AGACNP. I am an ANCC board certified adult gerontology acute care and family nurse practitioner. I have lived in Colorado for 25 years and enjoy snowboarding. I graduated from Denver College of Nursing with a Bachelor’s Degree. I pursued my Master of Nursing Degree at Colorado State University – Pueblo after 7 years as a bedside nurse in the intensive care unit specialized in cardiovascular, stroke, liver and kidney transplant, and head & neck cancer.
